OPERATOR AND CONTACT

RH Connect and the Routehunters brand are operated by Moga SV Sdn Bhd (SSM registration 201901035115), of Lot 234/13, Persiaran Industri PJU 9, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

THE SERVICE

Routehunters publishes editorial content (Routes, Episodes, RH Logs), and RH Connect is a companion mobile app for Hunters. A separate Vendor app lets approved Vendors manage their own listings. Subscribing as an Early Hunter or Vendor registers your interest only — it does not create an account or any entitlement by itself.

ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide an accurate email address.

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

Premium Hunter membership is optional and processed by Stripe on the Web when paid checkout is made available. Monthly Premium costs RM20 per month and renews automatically until you cancel; you must authorise recurring billing. Cancelling stops future renewal charges and access continues through the paid period. Annual Premium costs RM182.50 for 12 months, is a one-time purchase, and does not renew automatically; a further year requires a new payment you authorise. Membership entitlement is only granted after Stripe confirms payment — no return page or redirect grants Premium status.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless applicable law or payment-platform rules require otherwise, paid access continues through the purchased period and payments are generally non-refundable after activation. We do not automatically give prorated refunds for unused time. We will assess duplicate or erroneous charges, services materially not provided, and other refund requests required by applicable law or payment-platform rules. VENDOR PARTICIPATION

When paid checkout is made available, Vendor Annual costs RM365 per year for each Habitat and renews automatically every 12 months until cancelled. The Vendor must authorise recurring billing, each subscribed Habitat has its own subscription relationship, and cancellation stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period. Vendor participation, listing approval and any benefits offered at a Habitat remain subject to review and approval by Routehunters. A Habitat is eligible for public publication only while it has a valid active subscription, an active approved Habitat, and at least one approved, currently available free Collectible that eligible Hunters can genuinely claim. Submitting an application, subscription or Collectible never itself bypasses these requirements.
