DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.
Use this page to request deletion of your RH Connect (Hunter) or RH Vendor account and the personal data linked to it. You can also do this inside either app: Me → Delete Account (RH Connect) or Delete Account on the home screen (RH Vendor).
WHAT HAPPENS
- You confirm with your password. A 7-day grace period starts, during which you can cancel from this page or the app.
- After the grace period your sign-in is removed and your profile, Garage vehicles, photos, preferences and notifications are deleted or anonymised.
- A paid membership is cancelled as part of deletion. If you are the only owner of a Vendor, deletion is held until ownership is transferred or the Vendor is closed with RH Admin.
WHAT WE KEEP
- Payment, refund and entitlement records are retained in anonymised form where we are required to keep them for accounting and dispute purposes.
- Claims you made at a Vendor remain visible to that Vendor as "Deleted Hunter", without your profile details.
- Messages you sent are replaced with a placeholder; the conversation record stays for the other person.
- Security and moderation records are kept in de-identified form.
- Deleted data can remain in routine backups until they rotate out.
