2019 G20 BMW 330i CKD: All the goodies with a tax discount

Not too long ago, BMW Malaysia had released the CBU variant of the G20 330i M-Sport, and it has been successfully sold to 350 new owners in a span of 6 months. Today, the CKD version has been released for a cheaper price tag of RM288,800.00 and here’s a few reasons to why you should buy it.

Exterior

The G20 comes with a M-light alloy double spoke 18 inch rims with mixed tyres. The brake calipers on the other hand comes painted in blue with the M-Sport logo. The lighting is equipped with adaptive LED and Bi-LED technology to assist you further in gloomy situations. Another key feature of the new G20 is the enlarged kidney grille alongside the new redesigned tail lamp that features a sleek L shape combined with smoke glass. To add to the sportiness, the car also features an aerodynamic spoiler lip at the back with twin 90mm tailpipes.

Interior

Inside the G20, we get a whole new level of higher connectivity and a completely redesigned Interior when compared to the F30 3 series. It comes stock with an M-Sport multifunction steering equipped with paddle shifters. When it comes to the upholstery, owners can choose either the Black Vernasca Leather or Cognac Vernasca Leather. The car also has Interior lighting for a better ambience. A few more highlighted new features include the Intelligent Personal Assistant and Digital Key. Engine, gearbox, and chassis

The G20 houses a 2.0l TwinPower Turbo petrol engine that churns out 258bhp/190kw with 400nms within the rpm range of 1550 to 4400, making the car touch 0-100 in 5.8 seconds. The gearbox has been updated to a 8-speed Steptronic Sport transmission and you’ll also be pleased to know that the combined fuel consumption of this car is 6.4l/100kms. Carbon emissions has also been reduced by 147 g/km  thanks to the particulate filter in the exhaust treatment system. Also, you’ll be pleased to know that the car is lighter by 25kgs(1545kgs kerb weight) when compared to the predecessor(F30). Aerodynamics have also been improved, making the coefficient of drag 0.23. The body and suspension system has also been upgraded that the axle load is now at a 50:50 weight distribution and a low centre of gravity. The suspension that has been done by M-Sport will be the first ever lift related damper that is ready to set new boundaries in damping.

BMW Dynamic Financial Program

Now with BMWs balloon financing plan, the car can now be yours with monthly installment plans starting from RM3298.00 per month, that is based on estimates of an 80% loan on a five-year tenure. The program is inclusive of a 5 year warranty with unlimited mileage with a free scheduled service programme as well as a 2 year tyre warranty for its run flats. Should the unthinkable happen, you’ll also be covered with BMWs Roadside Assistance and Accident Hotline. Other perks include the BMW Group Loyalty and Mobile App (BMW White Card) as well as BMW Service Online.
