BMW Malaysia has finally released the all\nnew BMW X4 , declaring it as an “SAC\u201d, which stands for “Sports\nActivity Vehicle”. As we can see, the new X4 offers Adaptive\nLED Headlights with a high beam assist, a slightly longer bonnet, an updated\ncope style roofline to reduce the coefficient of drag. The most striking\nfeature is its rear tail lamp design that\u2019s a lot cleaner than the outgoing\ncar. Adding on items like the acoustic fitted glass windshield, its contributed\na great deal towards noise reduction. Updated\nPowertrain and Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The all new BMW X4 is powered by a 2.0L 4\ncylinder TwinPower Turbo engine generating a whopping 252bhp, which is 7bhp\nmore than the previous generation and 350Nm of torque. It\u2019s also 41bhp more\nthan the Mercedes Benz GLC300 Coupe AMG Line. That entire grunt is put down via\nan 8 speed automatic gearbox. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That gives a 0-100kph time of 6.3 seconds\nand a top speed of 240kph, with a combined fuel efficiency of 7.8l\/100kms. That\nmakes it faster than the GLC300 Coupe AMG Line (236kph) and the previous\ngeneration X4 (232kph). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chassis,\nlayout and extra features:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new and improved chassis sports a\nhigher content of lighter aluminium and higher strength steel components. This\naids in overall rigidity and safety of the vehicle. With features like variable\nsports steering, BMW\u2019s X-Drive 4-wheel-drive with electronic differential lock,\nthe X4\u2019s handling prowess is assured. Other new features include adaptive\nsteering, hill descent control and many more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Connected Drive system is above and beyond\nwhat every other rivals in its class can offer, which we can focus on more in a\nfull review of the vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, there\u2019s the Tacora Red\nVernasca leather upholstery, an upholstery only found on flagship BMW models, a\nPanorama sunroof in case you love a glimpse of natural lighting. And for you\naudiophiles, a 16 speaker Harman Kardon audio system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
